Astroglide always feels better if it is first warmed. To warm it, put

can keep theirs warm by putting the bottle between the mattress and the
sideboard of the bedframe. Others might take the bottle into the shower
or tub while freshening up prior to a sexual encounter. Women, of course, lubricate naturally when they are aroused. However, some women are
slow to become excited, even when wanting to continue the sexual encounter. Particularly in long
term relationships, kissing and breast stimulation might not be enough to trigger the level of arousal
that would produce a woman's natural lubrication. In these instances, direct stimulation of the
woman's clitoris is often the most effective avenue to excitement. However, a problem might arise
if the woman's genitals are dry and this direct clitoral stimulation becomes irritating before it can
become exciting. A little warm Astroglide applied to a woman's genital area will allow the
stimulation to continue until the woman begins producing her own natural lubrication. If Astroglide has been used on a woman's genitals and the couple then desire a period of
